The layout is activity-based, with zones for teamwork, concentration, and social interaction. This approach optimizes space use while creating flexibility and efficiency. Warm materials and thoughtful lighting enhance the atmosphere, while NCC’s identity and core values are expressed throughout the design.

Sustainability was a key priority: existing furniture was renovated and upcycled, installations and building performance were optimized, resulting in a workplace that combines functionality, well-being, and responsible design.
