The design solution for WTW’s office in Nærum is based on a holistic approach where the employee is placed at the natural center of the interior concept. Through a balanced interplay between aesthetics, functionality, and the company’s core values, a working environment is created that strengthens motivation, belonging, and well-being.

The interior integrates natural and vibrant elements such as daylight, greenery, and tactile surfaces, all contributing to a calm and engaging atmosphere. The color palette balances warm earth tones with fresh contrasts to support the varying functions and moods of each space. Open work areas are defined by terracotta, brown, and sand-colored shades, grounding the space and creating calm. In shared and dynamic zones, soft blue and green tones introduce energy, while social areas are brought to life with deep red and golden hues. Focus areas are dominated by green shades that support concentration and presence.
