We’ve won a new office building in Nordhavn ✨

At the end of 2025, together with PensionDanmark, we won Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn’s tender for Svanemølleholm 6.7 in Copenhagen Nordhavn. The project will create a new workplace rooted in Nordhavn’s evolving urban landscape, with active ground floors, green edge zones and strong connections to the surrounding city life.

The project is developed in collaboration with Danielsen Spaceplanning and Danielsen Urban Landscape, and we’re excited to help shape one of Copenhagen’s most dynamic districts.
