Danielsen Architecture’s bid for the construction of this large, corporate building at Kay Fisker Plads in the Ørestad area consists of a building based on five interactive ellipses. The large ellipses rest on rectangular foundations, supported by concrete pillars. Together, they create organic and vibrant rooms and floors with multifunctional qualities.
The large glass facades invite interaction and inclusion as well as offering community functions such as cafes and small shops.
The top stories house offices, the majority of which also include outdoor areas. The view of the neighborhood from the large rooftop terraces directly connected to the mass of the building makes it unique.
