SMEG: By the station

A series of four separate buildings are now being constructed on a previously undeveloped area that has been used as an urban area since the 1980s and most recently served as a construction site for the Capital City Light Rail. The elongated development is oriented towards the Nordre Ringvej and also functions as a noise barrier for the west-facing open-air and recreational areas.

To the west of the buildings, noise-protected living areas with private gardens, balconies and roof terraces will be established. These spaces not only create attractive settings for outdoor living, but also promote community and social meetings among the residents in the common outdoor areas.
