Frederiksberg Forsyning: Frederiksberg’s Green Heart

In collaboration with Danielsen Space Planning, Danielsen Landskab has won the renovation project for Frederiksberg Forsyning. In the project, there is a focus on a holistic office environment, where the experience inside and outside are equally important, as well as the aim of creating a better connection between the building and the city.

A new main entrance is established towards Stæhr Johansens Vej, which faces Frederiksberg Forsyning out to the rest of the city. Here, citizens meet an identity-creating entrance with the landscape in focus. Lush plantings, path connections, art sculptures, water features and pergolas, with the option of staying, will be the hallmark of ‘Frederiksberg’s Green Heart’. Inside, visitors are invited to exhibitions about Frederiksberg Forsyning’s history and future.

In relation to Forsyningen’s canteen, a new courtyard space will be established, which will appear as the site’s new meeting point. You can come here from morning to evening, both as an employee or as a visitor. Out in the courtyard, you are invited to communal dining at a long table under tree canopies and string lights. A wonderful and stress-relieving respite for Frederiksberg Forsyning’s employees and visitors throughout the summer.
