Elementfabrikken: gårdhave

Elementfabrikken is part of a larger commercial area that is being transformed and densified into an attractive district with mixed residential and commercial use.

The site is a residential area that consists of a partially open block of flats on different floors with a common courtyard. In the courtyard, trees and shrubs are planted in small groves. The aim is to create a lush appearance and a feeling of moving under the canopy of the treetops. Here there are areas with natural grass and flower meadows, as well as mowed lawns and gravel paths. The Community House is located between the trees. Users can choose to open the house up and sit outside or inside, depending on the weather. Close to the Community House is a small play area with sand and balance equipment.
