Marie Kruse School, Science Center

The science wing is an addition to Marie Kruses Gymnasium in Farum. The project is part of a major re-localization of the school, where the installation-heavy classrooms are gathered, and a new lecture hall is constructed. The addition consists of two floors: classrooms on top and the large, bright lecture hall on bottom. Large windows facing the courtyard enable light to pour into the room which is connected to the remainder of the building by glass hallways. The exterior’s yellow brick harmonizes with the rest of the school’s façade.
