The townhouses are built as terraced houses with facades in a characteristic yellow brick. With a great variety in the texture and color of the bricks together with a single design language in the architecture, the buildings on Sivholm appear as an urban architectural whole. The individual units are highlighted facing the water by long facades with changing heights and displacements in the facade lines, as well as large windows and balconies at each house. The displacement of the facade line is further supplemented with large tiled bay windows in one or two stories, depending on the type of housing unit. Towards the courtyard, the facades of the buildings appear simpler, with small variations in the facades including the large windows. Above the facades, the continuous stern edge moves in and out in step with the displacements in the facade line and marks the transition to the roof terraces, which appear varied with different building heights.
